Meet Lisa
I inherited my love of travel from my dad.
He was a small town boy from Maine who was endlessly fascinated by the world and its different cultures. Before I was born, he and my mother traveled around the world and throughout his life, he never lost that sense of wonder. Our family didn't travel overseas often while I was growing up, but he always encouraged me to look beyond my own backyard and imagine what was waiting to be discovered.
He passed that love on to me in the best possible way.

As an Air Force veteran, I was fortunate to be stationed in Okinawa and later lived South Korea, experiences that turned a lifelong curiosity into a genuine passion for exploring the world. My mom is Thai, so Thailand has always held a special place in my heart. I've returned more times than I can count, from the northern mountains to the southern islands — and those experiences taught me early that travel isn't about checking destinations off a list. It's about how you experience a place, and what you allow it to teach you.
I believe different destinations call for different approaches. Over the years I've traveled extensively throughout Asia, Europe, Central and South America, New Zealand, Israel, and across the United States. And with every trip, the same truth kept proving itself: the best travel is well planned, thoughtfully paced, and leaves plenty of room to simply be there.
My trips to Israel were carefully planned coach tours — because when a place carries that much history and depth, structure lets you experience more than you ever could on your own. But most of my travel leans toward balance: one or two meaningful experiences each day, with room to linger at a café, wander without an agenda, or sit with a glass of wine and watch the world go by (or even take a nap.)
That's the philosophy behind every journey I create. Memorable moments, beautiful places to stay, and enough breathing room to actually enjoy where you are. I'm drawn to hotels that feel genuinely special — beautifully located, full of character, and the kind of place you look forward to returning to at the end of a busy day.
Whether you're setting sail on a river cruise, exploring Europe by rail, joining an escorted tour, or finally taking the trip you've been talking about for years — my goal is to make it feel seamless, personal, and exactly right for you.
